All Sales Are Final — No Returns

We are a small business, and many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer's remorse.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Large Stencils: Larger stencils may require up to 5 business days for production.

  • Crates & Large Items: Crates and other large items may require up to 2 weeks for preparation before shipping.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Carrier Delays: Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not accept returns, we will work with customers if an item arrives damaged or if we accidentally send the wrong item.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping package and any visible damage

Please do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Customers should first contact the shipping carrier regarding missing packages.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply if a package needs to be resent.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. International orders may also experience additional delays due to customs.
